The Senate of the so called USA will be voting on the Cap and Trade bill on Monday, July 5.

It is ironic; On the 4th, we will be celebrating our "Independence", and on the 5th our "Servants" will vote our Independence away.

HB 1207, S. 604 will not be the litmus test, Cap and Trade is.
